Training
Private Training (1-on-1): One-on-One or Partner Training programs are geared to your individual fitness goals with personal instruction in your day-to-day training. Included in this training is a baseline fitness assessment and Functional Movement Systems (FMS) screen to determine areas of focus to streamline your training, reduce risk of injury, and provide the best opportunity to surpass your fitness goals.
This type of training is most appropriate for an individual who is not ready for semi-private training and has multiple movement patterns to correct or needs personalized attention on strength issues.
Semi-Private Training (up to 6 persons): Individualized training programs with up to five clients with a coach at one time. Each client has their own personalized monthly training program, which will differ from the others in the group, and is closely watched by a certified kettlebell instructor to assure quality of technique and adherence to the program. Included in this training is a baseline fitness assessment and FMS screen to determine areas of focus to streamline your training, reduce the risk of injury, and to enable the best dynamics to surpass your fitness goals.
This type of training is most appropriate for an individual who wants an individualized monthly program to achieve fitness goals and who may or may not need to be instructed more personally than a class setting may offer.
Kettlebell Fitness Class (up to 20 persons): General fitness class with personalization of warm-up based on your FMS screen and workouts scaled to your kettlebell ability. Utilizing the Kettlebell Swing and Turkish Get-Up as the foundation of the program, we build a diverse structure of strength, endurance, and conditioning through kettlebell and body weight exercises. Expect to be challenged, have fun, and transform your body beyond what you expected by adding lean muscle, core strength, flexibility, coordination and endurance, all while shedding unwanted body fat.
** Pre-Requisite ** You must either have taken the Introduction to Kettlebells or demonstrate proper form of the RKC Hard-Style Swing, Turkish Get-Up, goblet squat and kettlebell press.
This type of training is most appropriate for an individual that likes a group atmosphere and does not require constant one-on-one attention. You will be able to perform all kettlebell exercises safely and have no major movement issues.
Introduction to Kettlebells (up to 10 persons): A prerequisite to the Kettlebell Fitness Class, this class will provide you with all the tools necessary to jump into any of the general fitness Kettlebell Class. The intro class will focus on the Turkish Get-Up, the Swing, the Goblet Squat, and the Kettlebell Press. It’s recommended that all class participants be have an FMS screen prior to participation, but this is not required.
